The fisrt meeting in Portugal

The first meeting was held by the Escola Técnica e Profissional do Ribatejo, from 19-23 November 2018 in Santarem, a town in Central Portugal at the riverside of Tagos.

Many activities took place during the meeting:

• Field Trips (Salinas, Peniche, Olive oil Press)

• Meetings for the project

• Enviromental and Educational Actions (Science Center of Santerem, plant trees near the river)

• Visit historic and touristic places like Fatima and Obidos

• Guided Tour at the historic center of Santarem, after a welcome ceremony at The Town Hall

• Dinner with parents and students

• Visit important monuments of Lisbon

Sofia, a student of our school who came in Portugal, inspired by Fado music, wrote a story.

The warm hospitality and the very good organisation offered an unforgetable meeting for everybody.
